I'm due to have plans today. I'm due to spend the day with my partner and his family. To be honest I'm not overly keen. The public health advice also recommends for people to keep the contacts low. There's a few members of his family who works in bars and its a hotspot for the virus. I don't trust his family to take antigen tests either.

Basically I have the vaccines and boosters and i hope I will be OK if o get the virus but I am still not ready to risk it.

Should I cancel at the last minute. Our relationship is also going down the pan. Its slowly dying for sure. I'm just jot not overly keen to mix with others. That and I am so lazy today after Christmas.

Should I cancel. Would it be bad if I was to cancel

If the relationship is weak already, you may as well bail and break up.

I'm not breaking up today but I'm getting to that point.

I think even without the Covid thing I'd bail. I'd be sitting there thinking well this is the last time I'll need to see these people.

I think you should cancel and then sort out ending the relationship. Have you been together long?
