Can the booster be mixed?

So my first and second vaccine was moderna. I'm booked in for my booster on Tuesday and have seen that it's Pfizer, my question is, is it safe to switch vaccines?
I understand they both do the same job but I didn't think you'd be able to have different ones each time.

Yeah I've had mixed and the lady doing mine said it's the best way.

I had Pfizer last week for my booster. I had Moderna for my first two. They assured me it was completely fine to do that

Yes. My first two were Moderna and I had the Pfizer booster.

My first 2 were AZ and bister was Pfizer

I don't think it is! My dad had all 3 the same, it's what happens to be where you turn up!

Everyone who had AZ gets a mix anyway as they aren't using AZ for boosters

Definitely not. We have all had 3xPfizer at work NHS Trust. All the boosters are Pfizer or Moderna as they are more effective than AZ

I only know one person who has had the same for all 3. They had x3 Pfizer.

Everyone else is a mixture if x2 AZ and then Pfizer, x2 Moderna and then Pfizer or x2 Pfizer and then Moderna (this was my combo!!)

I've had 3 Pfizer but I think it's just whatever your vaccination centre has in supply. I know quite a few people who got 2 x Pfizer and then Moderna booster.
