Booster nhs texts for someone else!

In the last day I've been receiving texts about someone else's booster appointments at Asda Watford!
I've got the name and reference number - anyone know how I can stop receiving these?!

Ring Asda Watford pharmacy and ask them to take your phone number off the person’s account.

It's nothing to do with the pharmacy there. A covid vaccination centre has been created at the Asda.

It happened me with a 2nd vaccine I rang the vax centre in Wales and asked for my number to be removed,they said they done it,took me ages getting through. I got another for the booster...I have also had texts from his bank,his electricy,his landlord rang me...so clearly thinks he has my number..very strange

@ladymary86 - the vaccination site in the various Asdas ARE run by Asda pharmacy, including the Watford one (I work on the vacc programme and live round the corner from that site!).

However, the appointment booking happens through the national NHS booking service. I think what’s happened is that the person who booked their appointment on the national booking service will have probably made a mistake when they entered their mobile phone number (maybe just one digit wrong), and I don’t think Asda are going to be able to fix that, as they won’t know what the correct phone number for this person is.

I’m not sure there will be anything you can do, although I guess you’ve got nothing to lose by phoning the Asda pharmacy just to check.

My mum is very miffed with the Watford Vaccination centre as it's.... apparently.... reduced the women's clothing selection...

@Muchmorethan it has indeed reduced the clothing section! And they’d totally run out of Xmas jumpers when I went last week - I definitely blame the vaccine!
