How quickly can you get reinfected?

Whole family had covid last month, me testing positive on 6th November and then husband and kids 3-5 days later. Now kids are both balls of snot and goo. Occasional coughs. But frankly much the same as they were when they had covid except for testing negative on LFT. Going about as normal for now. I am hoping that these are in fact just colds but for the sake of older family members I do wonder if reinfection is possible so soon? Anyone else had a re infection within two months?
