Nosebleeds

Hi all. So DS(8) is on day 8 since symptom onset, and over the past 48 hours has been having nosebleeds. The first was rather scary, and the other two less so but still not ideal. He’s had a clot which came out his nostril, and a couple he’s spat out (when he’s not had his head tipped forward enough).

He’s been congested, and has had nosebleeds in the past at the tail end of a cold but I was wondering if anyone has experience of nosebleeds with covid.

dd2 has had nose bleeds in the past. She had her nose cauterised. They have started again since she had covid in July.
