A booster question

I moved to the UK this week from an EU country. I am double vaccinated and have my EU Covid pass. I’d like to get my booster here at a walk in (haven’t registered with my new local GP yet). But I’m not sure how this will be registered. I don’t have the NHS app yet. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I’m worried that when it comes to traveling a few months from now I won’t be registered as fully (triple) vaccinated anywhere.

Some one maybe able to clarify, I'm only guessing from my jabs here. But they check your details on the NHS database before giving you a booster or vacation. So my guess is that you will need to be registered at your local GP so they have your records first.
