Off food.

Normal with covid? Usually a massive food lover.

Tested positive last Sunday. Could still smell and taste then if anything heightened. The smell and taste of the sausages Dp made us for breakfast want to vomit.

Since then I lost my smell and taste so naturally was off my food.

Slowly regaining my smell and taste I think. Not totally gone anymore and I can taste some things.

Anything and I mean the thought of everything is making my stomach churn. I just can't face food. I've gone from someone who eats non stop to not at all. I've lost some weight this (which I'm sure I'll regain over Christmas if I get my appetite back!).

The only time I felt like this before was when I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant and Obviously I could smell and taste them but I was off food.

I just don't want to eat.

Normal?

Worse time off year to lose smell and taste too 😪

Thank you. Being off food is a very unusual occurrence for me! Maybe I'll take it as a sign to lose weight 😅

I've just had shingles and my appetite was greatly reduced. Had to force myself at nearly every meal time.

In the same boat here. Having to force myself to eat at least once a day. Very unlike me Grin

Keep your fluids up - more important to stay hydrated if your appetite is poor. I'm on the mend, just shattered!
