Post covid nosebleeds?!

My DS is 5 has never had a nose bleed before same as my other two DC.

He could contracted covid 2 weeks ago, wasn't himself for a day but other than that you wouldn't have known he had it.

Since he tested positive he is now on his 6th/ 7th nosebleed. Only ever one nostril at a time and quite a heavy bleed. It does stop easily and comes out of nowhere.
He was just sitting quietly eating lunch when the latest happened.

I wonder if it's related to him having covid?
Is thing a thing?
Timing of it all seems such a coincidence!

Has anyone heard of anything similar?
