More accurate LFTs

Is there such a thing? I have just ordered a box from the NHS as per usual, but I have reason to think they are not very accurate. DS appears to have Covid for the second time in 4 months ( so much for immunity) but his LFTs were negative last time and are negative this time. Waiting for PCR. He has very mild symptoms. Almost asymptomatic.

I thought I saw some posts talking about more accurate LFTs.

What makes you think he has COVID again if he has negative LFT?

He has all the supposed Omicron symptoms and we are in central London:) Last time he was negative on LFTs and turned up positive on a PCR.
