Hey

If you're advised by school to get a pcr if a close contact, do you still have to isolate if you have no symptoms. Jabbed twice adult and primary age?

Thank 😊 you

In England?
You don’t legally have to no, you don’t even have to have the PCR.
Daily LFTs are currently what’s recommended.

If they are acting officially as T&T and you are a contact of suspected or confirmed omicron, then you isolate, whatever your vaccination status.

For others it might depend which country you are in

The responsible thing to do is to stop everything non essential (especially indoors), wear masks and keep your distance until you are beyond the reasonable incubation period

There's been no t&t involved, they don't contact schools.

In England the rules changed last week. Omicron or not, you isolate if not vaccinated and don’t if you’re are. Daily LFTs are now what’s advised.
