When or will test and trace call back?

They called me at 8 this morning but after a long night I was still asleep.
I told her it wasn't a good time and she said she would reschedule a call back.

Will they actually call back do you think or with the amount of cases I was thinking they might not have time.

This was the first call after a positive result so not a checking in to see if we're isolating call.

Usually later in the afternoon. You can do the track and trace online and they never rang me back after that. Only texts.

I did track and trace online and wasn't called at all.

They should have sent you a link so if you fill that in you shouldn’t get another call.

I've also done the form online to avoid a phone call.

This morning, woman at t&t said someone will call me back after 45min minimum, but it might be tomorrow. The phone line fixed itself up and instead of hanging up I was able to complete the call.

Hope someone calls you back on a clear line.

I missed 3 calls from them since yesterday so they do keep trying. I just managed to answer but we argued over the isolation period (12 days?!) and I hung up. Not sure if they'll try again!

In terms of a link, apparently you don't get that if the person is under 18. They do it all over the phone.

I don't think you can do childrens online so you'll need to wait for the phone call.

Ah yes that is correct, children has to be done over the phone, I had to do both of my DC that way.

Test and trace called me yesterday morning to take details over the phone as 11 year old dd is positive but that seems to be the last I’ve heard from them - no other calls , I’m assuming they might try you tomorrow ?
