Lateral Flow Test availability

Does anyone know whether lateral flow tests become available on the website at a certain time of the day? I have tried multiple times to no avail and no pharmacies locally have any in stock.

Two pharmacy close to me had it yesterday. And the website was showing more availablity close by. Maybe go closer where there is a higher cases of covid? Because I do think the government has given London a lot of lft.
