Calling the Welsh - covid pass advice needed please!

I have my NHS number and driver's license ready ready but the NHS app says it's for England only. How do we Welsh get a covid passport?!

You can't do it through the app in Wales only online.

You need to do it on the web instead of on the app: covid-status.service.nhsx.nhs.uk/

I saw on TV you have make video of
Yourself speaking even with photo Id? I’m disabled so I have to write off and ask for a paper copy because you know system not designed well. Lucky I live in England and only family in wales so mine is just button on an app.

This isn't as simple as I thought!

as others have said. it lasts for a month and then you have to refresh it. I take a screenshot of mine rather than logging onto the website.

I've been approved but I cannot for the life of me see how to get the QR code!!!

you need to go back onto covid-status.service.nhsx.nhs.uk/
log in with the details you used to set up
it will send you a 6 digit number to your phone
type that in and then you're in
click on domestic and then the qr code should come up

this is why I screenshot it haha it's a faff!

Yes to get one you have to log back into the website. It will be valid for a month so take a screenshot or add it to your apple wallet. Then next time to update it log in again. It is definitely a faff!!

If you want an international one for travel then you have to follow their instructions further and video yourself saying some numbers and send a copy of your ID off or something like that.
