LFTs by post - delivery time?

I ordered a box on Tuesday night. The website said 1-2 days for delivery. It's now Friday of course and I haven't heard a peep since my order confirmation, which said I'd get an email when despatched.

I usually pick them up from the pharmacy but they've been totally out of stock for days, so I'm not sure how long the post usually takes - how long do yours take?

I'm totally out of tests and I really want to do one at least first thing Sunday morning before I travel back to family for Christmas!

Mine have always arrived the next day, but I think they're very, very, very busy at the moment so times are much longer now that they were.

All of mine have come next day. I've ordered around 3 packs in the past month. Got emails / texts from royal mail etc. Got a pack arriving today. I'd order again. You are allowed to order daily. You'll hopefully get them tomorrow.

They usually use Royal Mail 24 which arrives within 1-3 working days but Royal Mail has had huge delays in many parts of the country.

Ordered yesterday afternoon, came this morning. It’s always been next day here (Scotland if that makes any difference ).

Yes of course, the demand has been so huge recently. I really only need the one test!!

Have you used post code checker on the order page to see if there's another collection point near you? I collected from pharmacy yesterday with collection code and they advised no supply issues to collection points.

I know but I really don't need two boxes at the moment - since I stopped going to the office I've stopped testing every couple of days and now just do it a couple of times a week.

I didn't want to contribute to the pressure on supplies!

Perhaps if I do try and order a box today they'll arrive tomorrow.

I went to 5 pharmacies on Tuesday and none of them had any, they were only able to point me to the other pharmacies unfortunately. I'll go back and have another look though, maybe the library or something?

It's no longer just Royal Mail delivering them as Amazon is going to start due to the numbers ordered in the last few days

How do you even get LF tests at the mo?! Local pharmacies have none & everytime I go online, there is non in my area?!

As you only want one test and not a box, have you asked neighbours if they have a spare one, or post on fb to see if anyone local has one spare you can have.

I would definitely post on local FB group or similar. Someone will be able to let you have one.

I ordered Wednesday and they came yesterday so 24 hours. Was very surprised and impressed.

I ordered some tues or weds - whatever day it was that it was all over the news that they were out of stock. Box turned up this morning

Well I ordered another box online, since all the pharmacies are out of stock. I just hope this one arrives tomorrow...

Ours have always arrived the following day but I’ve still not had the tracking info for the box I ordered early yesterday.

The boxes appear to be changing hands for money round here. 2 'persons with problematic substance use' were discussing how much they'd get for them, outside the chemist.

I'm the same op! I ordered Monday and they still haven't arrived. Tried again Wednesday night and still nothing and no despatch email. They have always arrived next day in the past. I can't find any in the pharmacies either.
