Headache 4 weeks after vaccine

Hi

I’m quite worried, I had my 2nd Pfizer vaccine 4 weeks ago and I have had a persistent headache since Monday

It is not going away even with painkillers and is there all day and when I wake up. I have done LFT everyday and they are all negative

Online it says to call 111 if this is the case and I have and they advised a clinician will call me back in 6 maybe more hours!

I am worried about this has anyone has this and it turned out to be ok?

It is very unlikely indeed to be linked to the vaccine, it is more likely to be Covid or something else. The clotting risk even with Astrazeneca dramatically reduces within a few weeks.

I have Covid at the moment and my presenting symptom was an odd headache, neg LFTs but a positive PCR. Still no other symptoms apart from aches and pains a few days in. I would get a PCR if I were you.

Why would you think it’s anything to do with the vaccine 4 weeks later ? More likely to be sinus problems ( that’s what gives me a headache ) , have you tried taking Sudafed or sinutab .

I was worried as it says on the nhs website 4 days to 4 weeks to call the NHS
