Testing following Covid

Anybody who can point me in the direction of relevant guidance I’d appreciate it.
My DD had covid isolated for 10 days from symptoms and is now back in school this week. School are telling me I have to do lateral flow testing on her, I know she can’t have a pcr for 90 days and I’ve found a nhs protocol for staff to say they don’t do lft for 90 days following having covid. Do guidelines for school children exist?
Seems wrong to do lft on her, she’s autistic and hates them we’ve done them at the request of the school twice weekly, as she’s 10 I don’t think this was mandatory, but having had it I don’t see a benefit in doing them at the moment, am I wrong?

Tell the school there is no point doing LFT for up to 90 days as it’s not recommended by government as it may still show positive, but say that you will test her should she have any new symptom as per current guidelines.
