Covid contact with a cold

I have a bad cold right now, DC 5 and 10 also have this cold but DH doesn't. We have all been tested and were negative. I was still avoiding meeting people and the DC were off school to avoid passing it on. But today DH's friend came by and came in for lunch. He was here about 1 1/2-2hours and we were all with him in the same room. I kept a bit more distance as I'm not well and breastfeeding my 3 month old baby.
Tonight DH's friend has called and said he got pinged after leaving us and did a lat flow test which as positive.

Now I'm seriously worried about us all having caught it, more than anything for my baby! I'm also worried if it will be far worse catching it when I already have a cold. I'm double vaccinated and was vaccinated during my pregnancy, my last vaccine was about 4-5 months ago though.
I have had really bad post natal anxiety so now I'm seriously panicking about this.

I have covid with a cold now, it did knock me around a little more than DH who has no cold but was bearable (we're both double jabbed). It was like a bad head cold but with tiredness and no smell or taste. DH has had no symptoms at all. If it makes you feel better none of my DC have caught it from us and brother and sister in law visited a few hours before our positive lateral flow tests and they've stayed clear. Hope this is the case for you.
