What does the test result mean?

My Mum has just done this test - I’m guessing it’s a faulty test?? Just wondered if anyone else has seen a result like this?

How long has she waited?

Yes I’d say it’s void and you need to retest

Did she use the correct number of drops?
Some need a larger number of drops than others so check she followed the right instructions

It hasn't made the C line work. That is the control line. So it needs to be done again

Not enough liquid. It hasn't "flowed laterally" to the end of the test strip. Read the instructions carefully and do another test.
