Travel within 90 days of positive PCR/certificate of recovery?

I tested positive for Covid (PCR) over 3 weeks ago and have now recovered. I am due to travel to Spain in January, returning on 5th.
As it stands I am supposed to take a test before returning to UK, and a day 2 PCR.

Given there is a risk i will test positive on my day 2 PCR because of my infection last month, how can I prove this? Is my positive test result enough? Can I get a certificate of recovery and if so, how/where?
