I suspect it's a joint statement from all 4 governments asking us nicely to be good children and not party too much, but to take a lft if we are. I would not be surprised if they are announcing vaccinations for 5-11 year olds starting in January too

I think we will get lots of press conferences to try and alter behaviour because Johnson has been kneecapped by the Tory Party and cannot actually do much more at this point (without himself and his cabinet sacrificing the rest of their careers and siding with Labour).
