Hi, I did a lft and pcr on the same day as advised by employer. The next day in the morning I got a text to say my covid test
was positive and they text me a code to enter on the covid app which told me to self isolate for 10 days which I told my employer. In the afternoon, I had a text to say my pcr test was negative. My first text only said your recent covid test it didn't specify pcr or referring to a lateral flow.
Now I'm not sure what to do I have no symptoms but not sure if still need to isolate
