Is there any type of antibody test that tells you whether you have antibodies from the infection or immunisation?

Yes Testing4all do an antibody test that can tell vaccine or natural immunity. This is different to their basic natural immunity test.

There is but you have to be careful to get the right one.
You can get a test for natural immunity only but many of the tests that claim to do both will only give you an overall result.
I paid quite a lot for one from Testing For All and it didn't break down the result into natural and vaccine it just gave me a total measure of antibodies.

I did both types of test for UK Biobank and had no antibodies from infection but did have them from vaccination. I wouldn't know where to buy a test like this.

Panodyne test only for antibodies from infection. It’s a drop of blood you do the test at home. You have a possible line for very recent infection (less than 3 weeks iGM) and another poss line for previous infection (IgG) it doesn’t test for vaccination antibodies so you would have to get a different test for that which I think panodyne may do. There are plenty of online stores selling them. Here is just one . www.star-hygiene.co.uk/product-page/covid-19-antibody-test-kit-cassette-type?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIrvah-8jj9AIVQeztCh0oCgB-EAAYBCAAEgIKVfD_BwE

I have had this done several times as part of a vaccine trial. I know that I have definitely never had Covid but have lots of antibodies from vaccines (or did last time it was tested).

No idea if you could buy such a test though.

I was part of a study where I did a test like this. It tests for antibodies to the virus nucleocapsid, not just the spike protein that the vaccines target. Similar to Captain I had no antibodies to natural infection.

I was the same, no infection antibodies but I did have vaccination ones.

I did these tests for UK BioBank as well, and had both types of antibodies. It was just over six months after my positive PCR and 2.5 months after my second jab.
