The new rules state that anyone with 2 vaccines should do 7 days of lateral flows if in contact with a positive case.

However, I can't seem to find any clarification on how this works for someone who is double vaccinated but recently had covid (me, husband and children over the last 3 weeks for example) who are advised not to do testing for 90 days unless symptomatic.

Surely this is a large group of people affected by this potentially. Thankfully we haven't been close contacts but just pondering what the protocol would be if we were.
