Crazy anxious

I'm being crazy I know.

I'm so anxious about the kids catching covid for Christmas, we've avoided it so far. DD is vulnerable as she's severely asthmatic.

School finishes on Wednesday and on Thursday DD has a playdate with a friend.

Friends brother and dad and both been sick with vomiting and temperatures. Mum says it's not covid as tested negative (not sure if lateral or PCR).

Am I crazy to want to say to DD she can't go? She's 9 and will be cross if she can't go 'just in case'

With vomiting & a temp, regardless of Covid, I wouldn’t want to send mine to possibly catch whatever it is.

Yeah I don't think it would be unreasonable at all to cancel due to the vomiting. Nobody wants that anytime!!
