Hi I'm day 6 of symptoms. Thought I had done quite well until now but I feel so nauseous and have a constant fever since yesterday. I haven't eaten for 2 days and am starting to feel weak. At what point did you start feeling better. My partner is working away and I can't do any house work or the kids washing 😔

Unless you are actually vomiting you will probably feel better if you try to eat something. Stick to small things with plenty of calories depending what you feel you can stomach – crisps, crackers, biscuits, toast, yoghurt, soup, fruit – don't worry about it being healthy. It might help give you a little bit of energy and actually settle your stomach.

Having said that, just rest as much as you can and try not to worry about housework. How old are your DC? Old enough to help with a few little jobs or pop to the shops for you?
