Isolation period could somebody clarify

Fatigue and headaches started Friday. Going for a PCR this afternoon so results may be back today/next few days. If positive what day would my isolation period be from? Thank you I did look it up but still a bit confused

Friday would be day zero. And Saturday day 1. You can then go out day 11.
