Anyone else think LFTs completely unreliable?

Negative LFT, positive PCR. Same pattern across practically every positive child in my DDs class (there are many).

If this is omicron, then the new guidelines to do LFT are not going to work at all!

They've never been reliable, which is why you should get a PCR with symptoms.

On the other hand, they're not completely unreliable. But really their only use is to pick up asymptomatic cases. If you have symptoms (top symptoms are now runny nose, sneezing, headache, sore throat) get a PCR.
