Calculating isolation dates

Mild Symptoms started the day after my positive PCR, which id taken because I was identified as a close contact. Does the 10day isolation start from date of test or date of symptoms if symptoms start a bit later than +ve test?

Test date in your case

I’d go with the date of the positive test. I guess it’s symptoms or test result, whichever is earlier.

You take the earlier date - so the date of the test in your case.

Thanks. Track and trace have made a mistake then, but I can’t speak to anyone to get them to update. It’s only a day, but it makes a huge difference.
