Can I call Track and Trace?

My son (age 6) received a positive PCR result today. I just got a phone call from Track and Trace but the woman on the other end obviously couldn't hear me (it was twenty seconds of, "Hello, can you hear me?") and she hung up. Is there a way I can contact them? Or do I just wait for someone to try again? I'm worried they're calling to tell me has Omicron and so we all need to isolate with him.

They try again. Ds tested positive yesterday. They tried ringing yesterday evening and I missed the call. They rang again at 8.50am today and my signal was rubbish and it cut off (live rurally with patchy signal and isn't give out landline). The guy didn't immediately ring bad despite being cut off mid conversation. They then tried ringing again a little while later and no talking their end and 4th time lucky I got to speak to them 😅 didn't find them overly helpful in all honesty!
