My son (age 6) received a positive PCR result today. I just got a phone call from Track and Trace but the woman on the other end obviously couldn't hear me (it was twenty seconds of, "Hello, can you hear me?") and she hung up. Is there a way I can contact them? Or do I just wait for someone to try again? I'm worried they're calling to tell me has Omicron and so we all need to isolate with him.
