Has anyone had the wrong information on their vaccine passport?

My ds had COVID in July. Both DH and myself took a PCR and both came back negative but when DH was looking at his vaccine passport which he downloaded it says that he tested positive for COVID in July. So now wondering which one is wrong, the initial test result or the info on the passport?

Wow! That shouldn’t happen. Does he still have the text/email to recheck the wording?

GP surgery gets notification of PCR results, he could phone the surgery and ask someone to check his notes to see if it was negative in case the error is just on his passport rather than the text.

That’s a good idea about phoning the GP, thanks for that. He says he’s not bothered about finding out as it was so many months ago but I’d be interested to find out
