Had a cold that started around Thursday 11 November, felt pretty rotten, runny blocked nose and sore throat. Felt back to normal by Tuesday 16 November. Usually when I have a cold I'm pretty immune for around 6 months.
Anyway started developing cold symptoms again on Friday 27 November. Runny blocked nose, scratchy throat, groggy though felt ok taking ibuprofen and decongestant. Woke up with no sense of smell on Sunday morning though it came back after a couple of hours so I put it down to the cold.
By Monday felt much better. On Tuesday did LFT as was meeting friends and got the faintest positive, repeated 2 more times and still faint positives. Organised PCR test for next day by which point I felt fine. It came back negative fortunately. I'm just wondering whether the second 'cold' I experienced could have in fact been (Omicron) covid as I've never experienced two separate colds so close together 🤔
