Any idea on what to do. Isolating rules

Hi

Been text by test and trace. Adult daughter who lives with me has covid.
I’ve not been home or had direct contact with her for at least 5 days
I’ve done a PCR test and had double vaccinations. I work in health and social care so will be extempt if my test comes back negative, which I’m sure it will.
I was staying with my partner and have remained here. Will test and trace allow me to isolate here or will they want me to return back to my house where I am at a higher risk of getting covid? Again, the rules make no sense and there is little info on this question.
I’m worried if I call test and trace, they will say to go home which I have little control over I guess, and will have to.
Any ideas?
Thank you

She must have given your details to T&T for them to contact you. If you hadn't been in contact with her in the 2 days before symptoms/test if no symptoms then you wouldn't need to isolate or test.

Hi

Thank you. I believe she did give them my details so that’s why they text me.
I will stay at my partners until the test comes back and go from there I think.
Makes no sense to go into a home with covid
Thank you again
