Help please, am I over thinking this?

Probably am, as I have form for over thinking!, but this has just crossed my mind.
DD is having some friends over next week for a birthday dinner. Friend 1 is currently positive, but will be out of isolation by then, so she is able to come. However, another family member in Friend 1’s family has now tested positive and will still be isolating on this date.
Could Friend 1 pass on covid from their family member to us? or is this unlikely/not possible seeing as she’s just had it herself?
Hope I’ve explained that well enough to understand!

I wouldn't risk it.

I think it's unlikely given that the friend has had Covid so recently.
