Booster jab reminder texts

I had my booster over a month ago but keep getting texts that say "according to our records you are elegible but have not yet had one". Does this mean my booster has not been recorded ?

No , more likely the databases are separate from nhs, gp etc.

Do you have the NHS App (not the Covid test & race one)? Check to see if your booster is on there & if you don't have it check with your GP. The texts are linked to your records so they don't think you've had it (might take a while to catch up of course).

I've had this too. I too had my booster just over a month ago (30th October). It is on my medical record now as I can see it in the NHS App.

Only this morning they sent me a text saying that I was eligible, had been invited but hadn't yet booked it so could I please do so.

I think there must be some disconnect between some databases. Now which one does the government take it's statistics from when deciding how many people have or have not been vaccinated??

Same here, got the booster invite this morning but had it at the GP surgery a month ago

I've also just this minute had an email from the NHS saying the same thing!!

I think you get that if you don't book through the main website, DH had his at the GP and got a similar reminder, I think this happened for his other 2 as well

I didn't book anywhere, I just walked in but have never had a reminder. I don't imagine there's any logic to it!
DH on the other hand has had a letter from the NHS & from his consultant telling him to have his third primary weeks after he had it (also walked in)

I booked through the main website and went to our local vaccine hub. My booster is now on my medical records, although it did take about a month to show there.

I am still getting the reminders. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere.

Same. I thought it might be my booster as I've had my third vaccine but it says not eligible

I had it the other way round. My gp invited me for a booster but I had it elsewhere. I had to go into the link attached on the text to tell them I'd had it at a hub. I've not had one since.

I didn't realise you also got them if you booked through the website, most the country are probably getting them then, I wonder if they are automated like some bank and insurance stuff and no-one has cleared the list yet.

I have had them but for some of the dc as my number is the contact details for the GP. They’ve only just become eligible fo the booster so is that something that could be your case @Hamjamwich?

Same here, there’s no logic to it as dh and I had our boosters in Nov 13th, I’ve had texts and emails saying I need to book, dh who’s the same age, has had nothing.

It is showing on my NHS record so the systems are obviously not linked.
