It’s a line, so, yes. Book a pcr to be sure.

However, DS and myself have all had faint lines like that and subsequently tested negative by PCR. But there are countless cases on here of the PCRs coming back positive after a faint line like that too….

That's nothing like my positives. In my experience true positives are hard to miss!

I’m currently laid up with COVID. This was my positive Lateral Flow. You need to be PCR to be sure.

I would say yes DD had faint one like that and tested postive on a PCR after .

Yes. So strange. DC had a very dark line that came up within seconds. DH had a very very faint positive until 2 days into covid then it started to get darker. Must be something to do with vaccination maybe.

Mine and ds's lfts were faint and we both tested negative on pcr. Ds had symptoms but I didn't. I tested faint positive for about a week. I wonder if we were positive but pcr missed it.

Thanks all, I've now booked in a PCR.
Not feeling too bad thanks, although feeling very guilty as I've met with friends this weekend, hoping they're okay.

Yep. My sons looked like this on 2 nasal tests (came up negative on the older throat and nose ones) and then the next day it came up straight away.

You really need to read the instructions. It's very clear that any line is a positive, no matter how faint.

I had 3 like that on the nasal ones and 2 negative pcrs.

Hi I’m so confused if these are genuine positive lateral flow tests. I’ve heard of a
lot it false positives but my son has had four faint positive lateral flows.
