Nausea help please

Hi there,
So our house has been hit with COVID, luckily everyone seems to be faring well in fact so much so I am the only one with any sort of symptoms.

I've been doing really well taking plenty of rest more or less watching all types of crap on the tv.

We all have it so we've still been able to be together as a family in the living room etc

Tonight though, whilst everyone else is snoring away I am sick as a dog, the nausea isn't even clearing after I've been sick. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try to ease it please? I'm hopeful that perhaps tiredness will take over soon fingers crossed.

Thanks for reading and wishing everyone well x

Sniff rubbing alcohol can help with nausea.

Small sips of coke or soda water or tonic water that you’ve left to go flat might help, also small amounts of dry toast or plain crackers if you feel up to eating anything.
Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you, I'm sure I have a few bottles of tonic water in cupboard I'll go and stir the fizz out and give it a try. For some reason it feels worse when you can hear everyone else enjoying sleep Grin

Being sick is never fun, but always seems worse in the early hours of the morning. Hope you can get some sleep. Xmas Smile
