DPs are in USA. fly home on Monday, arrive Tuesday.

They are triple vaccinated but seemingly still need to do a PCR or LFT now.

How do they arrange this?

Its now less than 48 hours before they fly - is it too late to test?

DPs are confused - they were visiting family in USA but are now themselves in another part of the US spending their last few days 'holidaying'. They are in their 70s.

I'm worried about how they will get home :(

According to the BBC they have to submit evidence of a negative test before returning. I presume the airline check in staff will check the documents as they did before. This is from 4am Tuesday.
Looks like they'll have to pick up a test in the US & get some kind of documentation from somewhere like a pharmacy/drug store.

I think loads of pharmacy’s in the US are set up to do LFT there and then and issue certificates - definitely in the areas that have ‘vaccine mandates’. If you go to trip advisor and ‘explore’ their area then it should bring up plenty of discussion fora on the topic.

Pharmacies. Jeez my grammar is bad this time in the morning.

If they are on Facebook there may a local vaccine hunters group they can ask.
We have one in our city that offers answers for this sort of query.
