I would just like to ask how accurate are the PCR tests for children when just swabbing the nose please?

PCRs is France and Belgium only go up the nose IME.

Quite accurate, or as accurate as they are for everyone when throats are swabbed too, why?

Just my 6 year old had a test with just a nose swab. It was negative. She's ok and just has a cough and cold symptoms.
