Register covid test

Hi,
I did a pcr yesterday, it was a home kit. I sent it back today but i didn't realise i had to register the test online.... Will i still receive the result by email/text or should i order another test??

Do you have details of the code/reference number? If so it might be worth calling to see if it can be updated. Otherwise you may need to take another one.

I've got the order id number from when i ordered the test but i didn't write down the barcode number.
