Covid vaccine and TTC with PCOS

Hi, I'm looking for some advice/reassurance. I've been TTC for the last 6 months (I think I miscarried in that time, but don't know for sure) I have PCOS and now I'm about to have the Covid vaccine too, which I'm scared could hinder my chances of getting pregnant. Has anyone with PCOS had the vaccine and become pregnant successfully? Thank you!

Hello! I have PCOS and got my first vaccine at the end of May. I had my second dose at the end of July and a couple of days later had a positive pregnancy test. I'm now 22 weeks and all looks OK with the pregnancy.

I should say that it took me 18 months to fall pregnant with my first (nearly 2 now). This is my second pregnancy and it only took 2 cycles. But the covid vaccine definitely didn't seem to affect it Smile

i have pcos. whilst i've not been trying for a baby, after having the vaccine i did notice a change in my period where i had some mid cycle bleeding for 2 cycles. It disappeared and i had a scan and bloods and all was well. i would probably mentally prepare yourself for some changes to your cycle so keep a closer eye on when your ovulation is happening!
good luck lovely ♥️
