No contact from Test and Trace?

Positive PCR in the house - test on Tuesday, result yesterday morning. Test and Trace still haven’t contacted. I thought that they were hot on the phone calls but I’ve had nothing! Is this normal now?

I tested positive last weekend and got a text to fill in a link about contacts, then a message saying they didn't need to contact me further and giving me isolation dates. However, there was a number if I wanted to call them, which I did!

How soon after did you get the text, @BurnstonesMama? I find it crazy that they wouldn’t want to find out all of the contact details asap!

We've had our third positive and no contact from T&T, they rang quickly with the first, later with the second and haven't bothered again!

My TT text arrived within an hour of my pcr result text.

If you have a mobile or email you are sent a link to complete the details online - this should be sent almost straight after the results.

Hundreds of T&T staff have been laid off as they are now allegedly only calling people who supply a landline only for contact information.

We had a text within a few hrs of positive test and calls on days 2,8 and 10. Mobile, we didn't give a landline. This was a mid-November

Yes it changed only changed last week.

We received a positive result for a child yesterday and had a call within 2 hours.

We haven’t been emailed a link! Seems like there is no rhyme or reason to it.

My son tested positive on Wednesday. I got a phone call about 3 hours after the result. I was quite impressed. No email/text - I wonder because it was for a child rather than me?

They called my mobile btw. I don’t have a landline.

Positive PCR in this house, not me, last Thursday. T&T rang an hour later, no link sent to us. The result came by text and email so they are calling people who supply more than a landline.

Do they call again to check up on your? I imagined we'd have a follow up but isolation ends tomorrow and haven't heard any more from them.
