"tingly" nose?

So my positive result has just came through (yay me Hmm ) and I've noticed that all day the inside of my nose has felt very tingly, almost like how it feels right before a sneeze comes on. Also my eyes have been watering and I have a terrible headache and my nose is a combination of blocked and runny. Just wondering if anyone had this symptom with covid? I'm worried I have somehow done some damage with the swab when I did the test? I did give it a good shove up there Grin

Yes, I had this for a while following my positive result in summer. I described it as the feeling you get when you've had water up your nose when swimming. It stayed for a short while after my isolation period. Hope you're feeling better soon xxx

Totally normal (for COVID). Its your nasal immune system kicking off

Yep, had exactly that when I tested positive last month. Sudafed helped.

I tested positive on LF yesterday and had confirmed positive PCR through this morning. I had the exact same tingling yesterday, it felt a bit like a fizzy drink gone up my nose. I've also got very similar symptoms with the eyes watering, nose is either like a tap or blocked. Hope you feel better soon x
