Weird pulsing under my left rib (like an organ is trying to get out 🤔)

I have Covid and I'm floored with it. In pain, hot and cold, fatigued.
This morning on and off I've had this horrible pulsing pain. It literally felt like an organ was trying to get out. It was so strange. It's happened a few times.

I have diarrhea so I'm hoping it's related but I have anxiety and having Covid has scared me. Can anyone reassure me it's nothing?

I think it would be far better if a doctor reassured you! But appreciate they can be hard to track down. There are arteries in that area that you may be feeling, but that's just a (non-medically educated) guess.

How long have you had Covid?

GinandGobbledegook · 01/12/2021 11:01

Symptoms since Sunday and postive test yesterday. It's going to be a long 10 days 😂

I've a few more days to go till I can go out , but I had weird chest pains and things early on too :(
Never felt so ill , I hope things look up for you soon

Could be gallstones?

Enough4me · 01/12/2021 11:06

Intestines are higher than most imagine. Probably wind, try deflatine and warm hot water bottle.

Livefortherain · 01/12/2021 18:14

I had this a few months ago!!!! I was freaking out because it felt so weird. I told my mum about it and she said she gets it too, and it started around my age. It did it for a few days then it just stopped.

It wasn't related to covid for me, . I have covid now (well I tested positive last week and am out of isolation in a couple of days) and it hasn't happened at all during this time.

Hope you don't get too ill with covid!

I get this on the right side and its my bowel. Sometimes it feels as if there's"fluttering"

Ellen888 · 01/12/2021 18:20

OP,
Sounds like the large bowel is in a paddy with itself and had a spasm.
Ring GP for reassurance?
