Has anyone had sickness after this? A friend was as sick as a dog the following day. I hate being sick! Obviously it’s a hell of a lot better than getting Covid.

No. Had Moderna booster, not even a sore arm.

yes, nausea after the Astra Zeneca ( each jab) and Moderna booster, also severe chills, headaches, dizziness. Lasted about 48 hours x Delayed period after AZ as well.

Temp, chills & headache after AZ 1, fine after 2, bit of a headache & a bit tired for 24 hours after Pfizer booster.
Worst thing about booster was the sore arm, but as I had a bloody big bruise I put that down to the person that did the jab rather than the jab itself (I think he was having a bad day & took it out on my arm!)

Felt a bit nauseous the following day, then fine. I hate feeling sick too but it didn't last long and it's worth it. (My brother had his booster and was absolutely fine.)

Hardly any side effects but jeez hasn't this been done to death? So what if you're a bit off for a day or so after? Surely the potential alternative is a lot worse?!

I had the Pfizer booster yesterday and have a sore arm and a bit of tiredness. I can deal with that.

I had a Pfizer booster. No nausea or vomiting but lots of other common side effects.

I'm booked in tomorrow for mine. I got covid in September and am still off work as I was so poorly. Dread to think how it would've been if I hadn't been fully vaxxed.

to be honest it was more than just a bit off. Felt really ill

I was ill with first AZ jab, fine with second and fine with booster. I did get Covid quite bad 5 months after second dose.

I take it back: realise now I felt a bit under the weather for around 24 hours after the Moderna booster. Low level headache and feeling as though I was coming down with something, but paracetamol worked. Vaccination site was sore too.
