Covid and work

Hi all , a friend works in a private home setting. One of her employers has covid . They are isolating at home and will stay in a room away from my friend should she decide to go into work. She thinks it best she stays away for 10 days as she will be in close contact with the other family members . Is she right in staying off work for the isolation period.? Her employers are very reasonable and leaving the decision to her.

Absolutely! I wouldn't be working in someone's home, knowing they have covid (and I'm double jabbed, have had covid already, and am pretty lax compared to most people)
