The school had covid jabs one week before my daughters birthday in October so she wasn't eligible for a vaccination. School have said they do not know if they are coming back. I tried to book online and it says 12-15 year olds can book but when I enter her NHS number it says she is not eligible, covid help line said there is a blip in the system anyone turning 12 after October cannot book. I spoke to Dr surgery and they booked her at a local hospital, turned up to the appointment only to be told they cannot give her the injection because they are not insured for under 16 year olds. Listening to BBC radio they are urging parent to get 12-15 years vaccinated - please tell me how?

Find a walk in clinic that will take 12 yr olds.
There are some scattered round us, tho I'd need to travel to get to one. Ours seem to be 4-6 after school, and one day at a weekend.

I have found a walk-in centre near me that does do 12 year olds, I am amazed that neither the hospital or dr's surgery suggested this to me. They could not offer me any information on where to get this done. Thank you
