Headaches after booster

I'm probably totally overreacting. I had my Pfizer booster on Friday and I'm also pregnant.

I felt fine after, just a sore arm.

Since yesterday I've started getting headaches. I'm a headachy person though, so just not something new.

I had it during the day yesterday, took some paracetamol and eventually it went away. I had no trouble in the evening / night.

It's started again today. It's quite a bad one. Again, this is not hugely unusual. Except it's worse when I'm walking around and better when I'm sitting.

I have no idea if it warrants calling the doctor ? I'm just being dramatic, but blood clots from vaccine etc ?

I think unusual headaches in pregnancy are usually worth getting checked out, vaccine or no vaccine.

Agreed.

Worse when moving sounds a lot like a migraine, but I think would be good to speak to someone - could be a sign of something like pre-eclampsia (I'm sure it's not but better to be overcautious!)

It's SO bad. It's torture. GP said he thinks it's just a headache but I can go and get blood pressure checked if I want Confused

Even the drive there etc is going to really take it out of me. I just need to be still. Every time I get up, my head feels like it's going to explode.

Could you get someone to drive you?

I think the general rule if you're a headachy person is that if it is different to usual (and sounds like it is), it's good to get advice. I think even more important to if you're pregnancy & post vaccine.

Do hope you feel better soon Flowers

Have it reported on VAERS vaers.hhs.gov/
Hope it gets better. I had terrible headaches for 2 weeks after my 2nd Covid jab. They went away.

VEARS is for US citizens I believe.
