Breathlessness

I'm just after some advice. I've come out of isolation but my breathlessness seems a bit worse today than the other days as I seem to have exerted myself a bit more than I have done on the other days. Would I need to continue isolation and would I be contagious still? Or am I safe to discontinue my isolation?

Also does a runny nose after isolation mean you're contagious still or not?

I did an LFT on day 7 of isolation and it was negative I still stayed in till day 10.
Unfortunately, the breathlessness continued for me and I'm still the same 6 weeks later.

I've just finished my 10 days isolation and am only now experiencing breathlessness too. Only if I go up the stairs or if I'm talking I feel it very slightly!

I found that lemsip with guafenesin helped.

pineapplejuiceisyuck · 19/11/2021 22:30

Ah I'm sorry you're all still feeling it. It doesn't mean we are contagious right or even a runny nose?

Unless you have a fever I think you're OK.. My aunt had covid 3 weeks ago and nose still running

That's reassuring to know. Hope you're aunt is ok!

No fever but just still with a cough but I read that was part of the long Covid and it's not getting worse. It's a bit better now.
