Booster site low down in arm - is this ok?

To my surprise yesterday, my booster was delivered far lower down in my arm compared to the first two jabs. I now have a pink, swollen, hard, itchy and sore lump, whereas with the other two I just had a sore arm, no lump. It seems like my vaccinator injected below the deltoid? No idea why and it was over before I knew what was happening.

Is it generally ok to have the injection site lower down? It won't hinder the booster in any way?

Have tried googling but there are endless sites about poor vaccine technique leading to damaging the shoulder joint, and can't really find an answer - feeling generally shit today with fever and no brainpower!

I think it has to be in the muscle, so lower if still in the muscle should be okay? Though I have no medical education whatsoever. Was it Moderna? There were reports about red patches showing up with that vaccine.
