Everything I've read says 14 days.

When I had the booster, the Dr at the centre said you will get some protection by 2 weeks and full protection by 4 weeks x

Its 11 days since I had my booster and I've just tested positive on an LFT (my children have passed it too me). Guessing I probably caught it about 6 days after vaccines... I was hoping I'd be invincible but it probably needed longer to do its thing.

I had mine on Thursday and was told 14 days

It also depends a lot on your body and how your immune system reacts. Some unfortunate people may never achieve much immunity.
